Leyan Engineering was established in 1998 as a Quantity Surveying practice. It has since evolved into a multi-discipline firm offering a wide range of services that include Architecture & Engineering design and supervision, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Claims Consultancy, Value Engineering.

Hanan Qasim is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company, with experience in the sector that goes back to 1995. Under her leadership, the business has evolved and grown to provide a comprehensive suite of professional consulting services. These include design and documentation, construction and professional quantity surveying, project development, and management services. Under Hanan’s leadership, the scope of services has expanded to include the development and refurbishment of residential, governmental, Industrial, and Commercial facilities.
Hanan is an associate of Jordanian and UAE engineering associations, compiling Expert Reports and presenting expert evidence to numerous construction companies, developers, business owners, UAE Government.
